Pasta Evangelists - Harrods Dining Hall

Since its inception in 2016, Pasta Evangelists has been on a mission to evangelise the Italian speciality of pasta fresca across the UK. Based in a kitchen in North London, Pasta Evangelists specialise in making and delivering fresh pasta recipes in the authentic Italian tradition, using only the highest quality natural ingredients and following ancient methods used by homecooks across the Italian peninsula for centuries.

Created by Pasta Evangelists’ Head of Food Michele Rodelli, the menu is just as tempting as you would expect: think lobster tortelloni served with a lobster and vine tomato butter; lasagne cupcakes with British asparagus and Parmesan cream; and Rigatoni with black truffle.
