Club Oenologique - the most significant wine, spirit and lifestyle magazine this decade, has teamed up with the renowned Champagne specialist Essi Avellan and Michelin-starred Trivet to create an unmissable Champagne experience.
The Event:
Hosted by Master of Wine Essi Avellan at Michelin-starred restaurant Trivet, the evening will commence with an in-depth masterclass showcasing Avellan's highest scoring cuvées from her recent 2022 Champagne Report.
Following the tasting, guests will be treated to a four-course dinner by Trivet's Exec Chef and Co-founder, Jonny Lake. Each course created to complement the seven grande marques.
