| On Wednesday 25th March, Sotheby’s will host an auction that celebrates The Ivy’s intimate relationship with the art world, offering a chance to explore the artistic traditions and fascinating cultural history of one of London’s favourite restaurants.With proceeds from the auction benefitting Child Bereavement UK, The Ivy Sale is a unique opportunity to buy important works from the restaurant’s legendary art collection, many of which were commissioned directly from some of Britain’s leading 20th century artists, including Bridget Riley, Allen Jones, Peter Blake and Howard Hodgkin.
