Part of The Luxury Collection, Marriott hotels premium range of the most desirable destinations in the world, The Langley opened this summer offering a new dining concept in its Cedar signature restaurant and vast terrace; a bar; 41 bedrooms; 25,000 square-feet spa with five treatment rooms and a women’s only thermal area; a fitness centre headed by celebrity personal trainer Matt Roberts; and gardens originally landscaped by Capability Brown.
Off reception, at the front of the main house, is the Churchill Bar, an intimate retreat available for all-day dining, also serving a curated selection of fine spirits, cognac and cocktails, alongside a rare choice of cigars, stored in a custom built humidor.
The Drawing Room is next and part of a number of daytime dining options, ideal if you are looking for a relaxed bite to eat. It is next door to Cedar restaurant and offers beautifully bright views onto the terrace and gardens beyond.
The hotel’s principle restaurant is Cedar, named after the Lebanon cedar tree listed by English Heritage, at the front of the hotel. With stunning views over the grounds and serpentine lake as well as a huge terrace.

The Langley’s gastronomic concept is overseen by head chef Marco Ardemagni and head pastry chef Francesco Martella, both from Michelin-starred outlets including La Posta Vecchia and Il Pellicano.

The 41 stunning bedrooms are divided across the Grade II listed Main House and Brew House, a further Grade II listed 18th century outbuilding.
