South Lodge Hotel’s Food and Beverage Manager wins prestigious Catey Award
Congratulations to Erick Kervaon for winning the Hotel Catey Award 2009 for Food and Beverage Manager of the Year at the South Lodge Hotel near Horsham, Sussex.
Kervaon is responsible for the hotel’s two three-AA rosette restaurants, the Camellia and the Pass, both of which offer complimentary dining to DR club members.
The hotel has recently undergone a £10m face-lift, contributing to its new 5 star status as a food destination. Diners can choose between Pass,a new innovation with diners seated within the busy kitchen itself and offered tasting menus with wine flights, or the more conventional but decadent the Camellia.
The stylish drama and personal touches from the friendly and professional staff ensure this is a popular addition to the DR Club with our members. Congratulations again to Erick for a well deserved win.
