NEW CLUB INCLUSION: Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, London

We are delighted to welcome as a club restaurant for the first time, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught. Offering one of the ultimate 5-star luxury experiences in London, the destination is in one of the most exclusive and fashionable parts of London and is a perfect blend of contemporary style and classic English character. It occupies a quiet corner of ‘Mayfair Village’ on Carlos Place beside Mount Street and Grosvenor Square.

The cuisine is absolutely exquisite and awarded two Michelin stars. It is inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, with roots in Hélène’s native Landes region of South-West France. A la Carte dishes include such treats as Scottish Scallop roasted in Tandoori spices, confit carrot and citrus mousseline, spring onion reduction with Lampong pepper and fresh coriander and Milk -fed lamb from Pyrenees, with a crust of fresh coriander, stuffed saddle “en rognonnade”, “crepinette” with confit shoulder, confit grey shallot, chickpea purée, fresh Chasselas grapes, sultanas from Smyrne, intense jus flavoured with Sultan spices.
