Chef's Recipe : Wild garlic, spinach & fennel soup with a poached egg by Charlie Hibbert
To celebrate the most historic of occasions, only a majestic cocktail will do. Impress your friends by serving the perfect drink, “The Lilibet Cocktail”, created by The Lanesborough in honour of Her Majesty The Queen.
The Cocktail
Earl Grey infused gin shaken with bergamot & white cacao liqueur, balanced with fresh lemon juice and finished with English Chardonnay wine foam flavoured with chocolate. All garnished with micro edible flowers.
Recipe:
45ml Earl grey infused Gin
10 ml Crème de bergamot liqueur
12.5ml Crème de cacao blanc
22.5ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
Garnish:
English Chardonnay white wine & white chocolate liqueur foam
Micro edible flowers
Method:
Shaken & double strained
Glassware: Long coupe glass
