The Experience
Members can enjoy the ultimate dining experience in 1215 Restaurant with a digital voucher upgrade (placed on member apps) from a five-course tasting menu to a seven-course tasting menu for two, valid Tuesday to Thursday.

For one of life’s most joyous pleasures, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, 1215, brings the very best kind of indulgence with its tasting menus. The restaurant honours the farm-to-fork concept, serving authentic, high-quality British speciality cuisine, using only the finest locally grown produce from The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and the hotel’s kitchen gardens. For the ultimate experience enjoy with pre-dinner drinks in The 1215 Bar.
Members will enjoy an upgrade from the five-course tasting menu (£75 pp) to a seven-course tasting menu (£95 pp). Upgrade voucher valid until 30 April 2022.
How to Enjoy
Pre-booking is required quoting ‘LRG Tasting Experience’ and your membership number. To book call 01784 535555 or email dining.windsorpark@fairmont.com. Then simply present the digital voucher screen from the app to the attending waiter on the day for them to effect ‘Redeem Experience’.
Terms & Conditions
Offer must be booked in advance quoting ‘LRG 1215 Experience’. This one-off experience is valid from Tuesday to Thursday in 1215 Restaurant until date shown. Valid for two people dining when purchasing the five course tasting menu with an upgrade to the seven-course tasting menu only. Subject to availability and blackout days. Dinner is served from 17.30 to 21.30. The experience is valid on presentation of this screen and redemption code applied by the host destination. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Only one experience redemption permitted per booking.
