Every Wednesday throughout July and August (weather permitting), Executive Head Chef Hywel Jones will be overseeing a BBQ on the Brasserie Terrace, £27 for 3 courses (and DR members receive 10% off the total food and beverage bill). Sample dishes include grilled diver scallops, chilli jam and lime, or Cornish lobster with garlic and herb butter.
