Cocktail of the Week: Ormer Signature Cocktail
Shaun Rankin’s Ormer restaurant in Mayfair has been inspiring diners since opening back in 2016. Since then its gained multiple accolades, including being voted one of the top five restaurants in London by the Harden’s Restaurant Guide 2018. Manetta’s Bar, part of Ormer, is the perfect backdrop for a pre-dinner drinks, a catch-up with friends, or a well-deserved post-work cocktail – seriously stylish sips in an ambience redolent of the glamorous 1930’s.
Enjoy Manetta’s Signature Cocktail for you to make at home:
Ingredients:
50ml Plantation XO
25ml Antica Formula sweet Vermouth
15ml Amaro Montenegro
2 dashes of cherry bitter
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Served:
Straight up; without ice
Standard garnish:
Truffle chocolate on the glass base
