Yes folks part three!! This is the series that just keeps giving and we have decided to add part three as we continue to receive delicious Christmas menus from prestigious venues where members can use their cards . With the selection below you are truly spoilt!
1. Cliveden House Hotel, Taplow, Berkshire
World famous, Cliveden is literally one of the grandest hotels anywhere. Once the former home of the Astor’s and the location of the notorious Profumo Affair in the late 60’s, this is the ultimate destination restaurant to enthrall for any occasion.
For a truly sumptuous festive dine, Andre Garrett’s award-winning restaurant at Cliveden is second to none.

Lunch – 3 courses for £40 (prior to membership reduction)
Starters: Slow poached duck egg puy lentils, chestnuts, cabbage and pumpkin cream; Terrine of haybaked chicken and roast root vegetables raisin and caper purée, toasted sour dough rilette of South coast mackerel; pickled cucumber, kohlrabi, chicken skin and borage
Main courses: fillet of plaice, herb potato crust paysanne of vegetables, orzo pasta, saffron and verjus; Slow roast goosnargh duck endive tart fine, caramelized orange purée and brandy
millefeuille of carameliSed cauliflower; almond and Swiss chard, charred leek and roasted celeriac jus
Desserts: coconut panna cotta lime, pineapple and passionfruit sorbet; homemade mincemeat tart crumble, muscovado ice cream and crème anglaise; cremeaux of 66% mexican origin chocolate dulce de leche, aerated chocolate and milk purée

2. The Spread Eagle Hotel, Midhurst, West Sussex
Where better to go for your Christmas Celebration than in a stunning building dating back to 1430, characterised by roaring log fires, oak-panelled rooms and ancient timbers, yet replete with modern luxuries. The Spread Eagle Hotel and Spa sits proudly in the heart of Midhurst, a medieval market town surrounded by idyllic West Sussex countryside, home of the South Downs National Park.

Soup: Ravishing Roasted parsnip soup with spicy curry cream
Starter: Perfect Potted Smoked Salmon Mousse Melba Toast
Main Course: Traditional Roast Turkey with chipolatas and bacon, Brussels sprouts and chestnuts, rosemary roasted potatoes, bread sauce and cranberry sauce
Sorbet: Gorgeous Orange and Clove Pommander
Dessert: The Spread Eagles ‘Famous’ home made Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

3. Seaham Hall, Seaham, County Durham
We head up North for our next stunning property. Seaham dates back to 1791 and is perfectly placed for those wishing to visit Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland. Adjacent to the North Sea with striking views of Durhams heritage coastline, Seaham is a luxury all -suite hotel and their motto ‘Its all in the detail’ sums it up beautifully……

Starter: Market soup; home cured crandberry gravadlax with misu creme fraiche; guinea fowl terrine with parsnip textures and girolles
Main course: Turkey schniztel with smoked pancetta, parsley and caper butter; moules frites; onion squash and goats cheese tart with watercress
