The very best in restaurants were celebrated at the Michelin Guide GBI 2019 awards at BFI Imax cinema in London’s Waterloo on Monday 01st October 2018.
Inclusion in Michelin’s coveted red book is seen as the pinnacle of cooking achievements and service delivery. There were a record 21 new Michelin one stars and 3 new Michelin two stars announced, but no new three stars.
