Here at The Luxury Restaurant Guide we don’t believe in waiting until the specified Vegetarian Week to celebrate our love of vegetable cuisine. These menus and restaurants offer an exciting array of dishes, whether you are vegetarian or not. True gourmands will be delighted by the creativity, elegance and cutting edge cooking in these skillful menus.

1. Pied a Terre, Charlotte Street, London W1
Michelin starred Pied a Terre is located in Fitzrovia, the heart of the West End. Since opening its doors in 1991, the restaurant has won some of the highest accolades possible and continues to impress diners with beautifully crafted culinary treats and Michelin star service. Although not a dedicated vegetarian restaraurant, Pied a Terre offers both an exceptional vegetarian a la carte menu and a vegetarian tasting menu.

2. Acorn Vegetarian Kitchen, Bath, Somerset
This restaurant is a tiny slice of warm life. Tucked into the old stones of Bath, it sings a sunny little ode to superb vegetarianism. Pale, wood-panelled rooms, high ceilings and quirky ephemera create a home-like feeling that is instantly relaxing. This is helped by the friendliness of the staff, whose energy is palpable. The food is thoughtful, detailed, elaborate and nuanced. All kinds of vegetables and fruits are brought to life with zingy flavour and a surprise around every corner.

3. Terre a Terre, Brighton, East Sussex
Reputed as the best vegetarian restaurant in the UK and in the Sunday Times 2010 top 100 restaurants in Britain. Terre à Terre rewrites the rule book for vegetarian cuisine. Originally opened 17 years ago as a BYO restaurant created by Amanda Powley and Philip Taylor, Terre à Terre rapidly won the support of the local Brighton community and has developed over the years to become one of the most exciting and successful restaurants in the UK.

Brighton Blue double baked souffle wrapped in pickle powder butter parchment, loaded with charmer cheese cream, garlic oil and thyme baked Jerusalem artichokes. Served with salt toffee apple tattie pave pie, sage and onion, scrumpy beet brew neeps, pink krout and toasted buckwheat hazel oat cob crunch.

4. RAW at La Suite West, London W2
Winner of “Best Vegan Menu” in the PETA UK Vegan Food Awards 2015, RAW is the new alternative lifestyle choice of healthy eating with a meat and alcohol free restaurant. “RAW” Restaurant offers a tastefully designed contemporary new health focused option. Chef Nik Heartland has designed a menu to provide some of the best that nature can offer with a selection of delicious vegan friendly, dairy free and raw dishes all complemented with home-made mocktails and smoothies to follow the trends of today.

5. Colette’s Restaurant at The Grove, Chandlers Cross, Hertfordshire
Colette’s holds a coveted 3 AA Rosettes and serves modern cosmopolitan cuisine in a soothing atmosphere. Exact technique, flair and imagination come through in every single dish; balance and depth of flavour are all-important. Located in the Mansion, Colette’s has a stylish decor and beautiful views of Charlotte’s Vale.
