The restaurant industry has remained robust in 2012 but there were also some surprise casualties in the fine dining sector.  Although the fine dining sector remains unchanged with an average one visit per month for formal dining in the industry, growth remains in the pub sector according to Deloitte’s fourth Taste of the Nation report.
