The Avenue is where a focus on fantastic flavour combinations and doing things a little differently, sitting at the heart of what Lainston House do. BBC MasterChef: The Professionals Winner 2023, Tom Hamblet takes the helm as Head Chef, working with his team to celebrate seasonality with the finest quality produce, much of which is British, and even as local as their very own kitchen garden.

Your palate will rejoice as it's taken on a flavour exploration through a multiple-course tasting menu featuring snacks, starters, mains, desserts and even some extras if you can squeeze them in!

The Avenue is for adult diners and children aged 12 and over. Guide dogs are the only four-legged friends allowed, and they love for you to put away your phones and enjoy the wonderful fine-dining ambience.

The Avenue’s Chef’s Table is in the beautiful 17th Century Lainston House, and offers a truly unique dining experience. Adding to this interactive dining experience, instead of a traditional menu being present at the table, the chefs personally present and describe each dish to you.

Following your tasting menu, you have the opportunity to take a tour of the kitchen where your dishes have been prepared and can even get your hands dirty with the chefs during clean down if you really want to get stuck in!
