abc kitchens at The Emory
Belgravia, London
Overview
Welcome to abc kitchens — where vibrant, health-focused dining meets understated luxury in London’s most rarefied neighbourhood. Set within The Emory, the bold new all-suite retreat by Richard Rogers and Ivan Harbour for Maybourne Hotel Group, this is high society gone off-script — understated, dynamic, and impossibly chic.
Designed by Rémi Tessier and adorned with works by Damien Hirst, the celestial dining space hums with movement and modernity. Sleek glass, warm leather, and ambient light offer a quietly glitzy backdrop for Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s first abc venture outside New York — and one of the most exciting arrivals on London’s culinary scene.
The menu is split into three fluid sections — classic farm-to-table, Latin-inspired, and vegan — all rooted in Vongerichten’s signature ethos: organic, sustainable ingredients, handled with delicacy and invention. Sharing is encouraged. Expect dishes like roasted carrot and avocado salad with citrus and seeds; line-caught cod in herbal broth; and spiced short rib tacos — light, vivid, and full of soul.
abc kitchens is a celebration of nature, nourishment, and modern taste — a quietly glamorous destination, hidden in plain sight where Knightsbridge meets Belgravia.
