2025 Michelin Highlights:

Moor Hall in Aughton, Lancashire earns the coveted Three-Stars – making it one of only 10 restaurants to hold the highest honour.
Three New Two-Stars Restaurants: Hide and Fox (Kent); The Ritz (London), and Humble Chicken, (London).
22 New One-Star Restaurants: Discover the rising stars of British cuisine.
