Anderida Restaurant
The word Anderida is Roman in origin meaning hunting ground, which is very appropriate. It not only reflects the wild game that roams in the forest but also perfectly describes the kitchen teams eye for tracking down only the finest and freshest ingredients for your table.
The room is stunning with high windows, framed by heavy drapes, looking out over the surrounding gardens. Beautifully light by day, and warm and cozy in evening candlelight, the ambiance manages to be both grand yet relaxing at the same time.
Forest Brasserie
Located in the delightful Country Club, overlooking the golf course and forest beyond, the Forest Brasserie is the perfect setting for those looking for a relaxed and informal dining experience.
Everything from our interiors to our menus has been inspired by our local environment. The modern decor depicts the local surroundings of the Ashdown Forest, whose influence can be seen fully incorporated in the furnishings as well as holding a pivotal view from the Brasserie, where guests can look out into the magnificent Forest beyond.
Lounge, Terraace & Cocktail Bar
The period lounges are the perfect place to enjoy Afternoon Tea, or if the weather is nice and warm, the terrace overlooking the lawns and lake makes a sunny alternative. Or Ashdown Park can carefully pack your high tea into a picnic hamper for you to enjoy wherever you like. As well as Afternoon Tea, they also serve enjoy morning coffee, light bites, main meals, and desserts in the Lounges, or treat yourself to a little something from the Cocktail Bar.
