Atul Kochhar's new Michelin-starred 'Four-Hands' series will launch with acclaimed chef Nigel Haworth joining forces with Atul for one night only.

Offering an unforgettable dining experience, the 'Four-Hands' supper clubs will showcase a unique bespoke tasting menu, expertly designed by Atul Kochhar and his esteemed guest chef for the night.

On Thursday 8th February, Nigel Haworth will join Atul in the kitchen at Kanishka, serving a seven-course menu. Having previously held the position of Head Chef at Northcote Manor for more than three decades, Nigel has helped define the path of modern British Cooking through his championing of regional produce and traditional dishes, with a soft spot for his Lancashire roots.

In his 'Four-Hands' dinner with Atul Kochhar, Nigel Haworth's menu will feature delights such as yoghurt and soft cheese croquettes; pumpkin and black Perigord truffle risotto; XL scallop with Darienki caviar, champagne sauce and seaweed; podi-spiced wild turbot, sunchokes and coconut sauce, Herdwick lamb loin and belly with sticky mash and sprouting broccoli; and Estate apple crumble souffle with Lancashire cheese ice cream to finish.
