TIME-LIMITED EXPERIENCES

In addition to ‘Privileges’, Club partners can benefit from digital experience vouchers placed on the app for one-off, time-limited luxury experience use. These experiences can be made available for a pre-determined length of time and applied to instantly to select member smart devices.

HOW IT WORKS

Creatives

LRG will design the campaign and once approved place on member smart devices. Members can be made aware by push notification and newsletter notification. The member app will also signal in a circled number how many experiences are available the members’ experience wallet.

Booking Process

Guests book in advance direct by telephone with their membership number and quoting a pre-determined reference code specific to the experience.

Experience Redemption

The guest presents the experience screen on the LRG app for the restaurant attending staff member to tap ‘Redeem Experience’ and input an agreed redemption code. The experience will then automatically be removed from the members account. Both the partner venue and the member will receive a redemption confirmation email directly.
