Overview
Nobu, on the first floor of the Metropolitan Hotel on Park Lane, was the first European venture of celebrated Japanese chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa and his collaborative partners Robert De Niro and Christine Ong, owner of the hotel.
A large restaurant space (150 covers) with great full height window views of Park Lane, this restaurant is simple and subtle and as you would expect with the clean Japanese styling. It has held a Michelin star since 1997. Bookings a must.
